2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective electronic device or a damaged package, please contact our support team immediately.

Window: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund after inspecting the item.
Note: For electronic devices, the box must be returned with all original accessories and manuals intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict hygiene, health, and consumer safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
